Century High School

Thanks to some generous donations, and a loaner from Ms. Flores' home, we have 6 Hydroponic gardens in our Culinary Classroom. Students In Global Culinary Class have planted Herb gardens as an exploration of different ways of growing food. They will be monitoring progress of growth, and eventually using the fresh herbs in their cooking. They should have herbs growing in the next month!
